Your privacy is very important to us. All information which is collected (e.g. names, emails, telephone numbers, addresses, etc.) is for the sole use of Mumsy&Me and will not be passed on to any third party organisations.

Refund Policy

This policy sets out the returns policy for goods or services purchased through the online store operated by Mumsy&Me

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it must be in the original packaging.

You need to contact us at mumsyandme2018@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your products. 

Refunds on all made to order/Personalised handmade items are only valid if the item is faulty or damaged.

Once your return is received and inspected we'll contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed or not, and credit your original method of payment, within 14 of days. 

Exchanges will only be processed once the item has been returned in the original packaging, in new condition. 
(exchanges to be agreed upon with seller discretion)

Mumsy&Me also offer a service to fix products from wear - if the seam splits or comes undone, we will fix this free of charge but the cost of postage will not be refunded.
